Basketball Recap: Campbell County's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

If South wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Campbell County, they should've done a better job of containing Lane Hladky. The Campbell County Camels claimed a resounding 78-46 win over the South Bison thanks in part to Hladky, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 24 points along with six rebounds and five assists. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Another player making a difference was Jack Andela, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in blocks (four).

The victory was the fourth in a row for Campbell County, bringing their record for this year to 5-6. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.0 points per game. As for South, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Campbell County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-58 defeat against Laramie on the 25th. South has also already played their next game (against Sheridan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
