Volleyball Recap: North Haven Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Haven lost against Guilford back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Nighthawks came up short against the Grizzlies, falling 3-0.

While North Haven was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Guilford's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-16, 25-20.

North Haven's offense was headlined by Bianca Watts and Olivia Jagiello, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Kailyn Gilmore and her 12 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

North Haven has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Guilford, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-4.

North Haven wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Berlin on the 11th. Guilford has also already played their next match (against Waterford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
