Volleyball Recap: Russell Christian Academy Falls to Chilton Christian Academy in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Russell Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Chilton Christian Academy Patriots by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Russell Christian Academy actually scored more points across those five sets (106-102), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 21-25, 14-25, 17-15.

Chilton Christian Academy now has a winning record of 3-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Russell Christian Academy will challenge Tuscaloosa Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chilton Christian Academy, they will face off against Victory Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
