Basketball Recap: Rio Rico Takes a Loss

Rio Rico was the 61-49 winner over Sahuarita when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Rio Rico Hawks fell 38-31 to the Sahuarita Mustangs on Tuesday. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rio Rico's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Sahuarita, they pushed their record up to 13-13 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Rio Rico will square off against Eastmark at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eastmark will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Rio Rico surely won't give up without a fight. Sahuarita does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
