Baxter Springs wouldn't let Columbus keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Ethan Mccoy was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
Meanwhile, Frontenac put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Parsons a 21-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won four matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
Baxter Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Frontenac, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
