Softball Recap: Arendell Parrott Academy Comes Up Short

Arendell Parrott Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 19-7 to the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Arendell Parrott Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Bethel Christian Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Arendell Parrott Academy will head out to face off against Fayetteville Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Fayetteville Christian has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.5 runs per game on average), something Arendell Parrott Academy will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Bethel Christian Academy, they will square off against Wilmington Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
