Baseball Recap: Chippewa Hills Warriors vs. Grant Tigers
Chippewa Hills had lost three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 7-8 to make it four. They fell just short of the Grant Tigers by a score of 7-6. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-1 loss on Monday.
As for Grant, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 runs in those games.
