Football Recap: Willingboro Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Willingboro played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Haddonfield Bulldawgs 39-8. The Chimeras were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldawgs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Brody Leonard went supernova For Haddonfield., rushing for 128 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. Van Lefakis was another key player, throwing for 95 yards and two touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing.

This is the second loss in a row for Willingboro and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Haddonfield, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Willingboro is set to face off against their familiar foe Gloucester City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Haddonfield will challenge rival Seneca at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
