Solis Coker was a major factor in North's victory over Paradise Valley on Thursday. Coker wasn't messing around, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and nine unearned) runs off 11 hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her eighth straight with six or more strikeouts.
