Basketball Recap: Cloudcroft Takes a Loss

Cloudcroft lost against Cliff back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bears fell 53-44 to the Cowboys/Cowgirls.

Cloudcroft's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Cliff, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Cloudcroft will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Eunice at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. Cliff will take on Ruidoso in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
