Belmont was the 2-0 winner over Bernstein when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Belmont Sentinels fell 4-2 to the Bernstein Dragons on Monday.
Santiago Aleman wasn't going to let Bernstein walk away unscathed as he scored both of Belmont's goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.
Belmont's loss dropped their record down to 10-6-2. As for Bernstein, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6-3.
Looking ahead, Belmont will take on Contreras at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Belmont's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Contreras has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road. Bernstein does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
