Peachtree Ridge is 9-1 against Meadowcreek since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Peachtree Ridge Lions will face off against the Meadowcreek Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Peachtree Ridge comes in on four and Meadowcreek on three.

Last Saturday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Peachtree Ridge beat Brookwood 68-63. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Broncos are ranked 252nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Meadowcreek didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Parkview on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 60-54 win.

Meadowcreek's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Peachtree Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 16-10.

Peachtree Ridge and Meadowcreek were neck-and-neck when the teams last played two weeks ago, but Peachtree Ridge came up empty-handed after a 48-47 defeat. Can Peachtree Ridge avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
