Volleyball Recap: Scotlandville Comes Up Short

Scotlandville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Assumption Mustangs.

Scotlandville's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Assumption, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7.

Scotlandville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against White Castle on the 18th. As for Assumption, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Madison Prep Academy on the 18th.
