Basketball Recap: Bullard Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Bullard couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 68-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hargrave Falcons. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 353rd, while the Falcons are ranked 95th).

Bullard's defeat dropped their record down to 25-10. As for Hargrave, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 22 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-2 record this season.

Bullard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hargrave has already played their next matchup (against Stafford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
