Soroco won the last time they faced Vail Mountain and Ceci Gregory did her part to make sure it happened again. The Rams were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rangers on Wednesday with plenty of help from Gregory, who had 27 digs and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted 15 or more digs the last nine times she's played.

While Soroco won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-23.

Soroco got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ellie Carolus out in front who had ten digs.

Soroco was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They are 6-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Soroco now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Vail Mountain, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.
