Softball Recap: Fresno Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Fresno's offense. They lost 11-0 to the Hoover Patriots on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty 24 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Fresno's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-1. As for Hoover, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fresno will challenge rival Torres at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hoover is set to face off against their familiar foe Roosevelt at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
