Lincoln-Way Central never let their opponents score on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Sandburg Eagles with a sharp 10-0 win. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Knights this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Lincoln-Way Central, bringing their record up to 6-4. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Sandburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
