Volleyball Recap: Francine Chua's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Reavis over Lincoln-Way East

Reavis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln-Way East Griffins. The Rams were not able to make up for their defeat to the Griffins from their previous meeting back in October of 2021.

Reavis lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Francine Chua, who had ten digs.

Reavis' loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Lincoln-Way East, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-7.

Reavis has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against St. Laurence on the 15th. As for Lincoln-Way East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Romeoville on the 15th.
