Soccer Recap: Cleburne Comes Up Short

Cleburne came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Everman Bulldogs. Cleburne have struggled against Everman recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Cleburne's loss dropped their record down to 7-11-4. As for Everman, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cleburne is set to challenge their familiar foe Mansfield Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Everman will face off against rival Joshua at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
