Basketball Recap: Cloverleaf Comes Up Short

Cloverleaf lost against Woodridge back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cloverleaf Colts fell to the Woodridge Bulldogs 54-50. While the Colts didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bulldogs 18-13 in the first quarter.

Cloverleaf's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Woodridge, their win bumped their record up to 13-7.

Looking ahead, Cloverleaf won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bard Early College at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Woodridge, they will venture away from home to challenge Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
