Soccer Recap: Klein Forest Comes Up Short

Klein Forest's tournament run continued when they took on Humble on Saturday. The Klein Forest Eagles fell just short of the Humble Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Anthony Zavala, which was the first he's scored this season.

Klein Forest now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Humble, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Klein Forest will head out on the road to face off against Magnolia West at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Humble, they will host Aldine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Aldine will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Humble surely won't give up without a fight.
