Baseball Recap: Chelan Find Success

Chelan's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Cle Elum-Roslyn Warriors 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mountain Goats have posted since March 21st.

Chelan has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Cle Elum-Roslyn, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Coming up, Chelan will host Omak at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cle Elum-Roslyn, they will face off against River View at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Warriors' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
