Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sparrows Point). They came out on top against the Kenwood Bluebirds by a score of 11-7 on Monday. The win was some much needed relief for the Pointers as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak.

Sparrows Point's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Kenwood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Looking ahead, Sparrows Point will face off against Eastern Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kenwood, they will head out on the road to take on Perry Hall at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
