Baseball Recap: Kimball Comes Up Short

Kimball lost to Lodi on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flames. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kimball saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aj Mccarrell, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Kimball's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Lodi, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

While Kimball had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
