Baseball Recap: Morgan's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

While Morgan's victory against Coshocton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raiders had just enough and edged out the Redskins 6-4. The win was some much needed relief for the Raiders as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Witten Schaad was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
