After flying high against Davidson last Monday, Bryant came back down to earth. The Hurricanes took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Baker Hornets on Tuesday. The Hurricanes' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Baker, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 20 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-11 record this season.

Bryant does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Baker, they will welcome East Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Baker is on a six-game streak of home wins, East Central a seven-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
