Volleyball Recap: Alvin Comes Up Short

Alvin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Tournament Opponent.

Payton Ashley paced Alvin's offense, picking up four kills. Ashley got some help from Hayleigh Griffin and her four assists.

Alvin's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Alvin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Elgin on the 22nd. As for Tournament Opponent, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Houston Homeschool Athletics on the 22nd.
