Basketball Recap: Chatham Comes Up Short on the Road Against Watervliet

Chatham had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell to the Watervliet Cannoneers 19-13. The Panthers have struggled against the Cannoneers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The victory snapped Watervliet's losing streak at five games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-4 record.

Chatham will venture away from home to square off against Cairo-Durham at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Watervliet, they will host Maple Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
