Warren Township extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Aaron Stewart. The Blue Devils strolled past the Stevenson Patriots with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 28-13 with plenty of help from Stewart, who rushed for 183 yards and four TDs. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 16th straight game with at least 113 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Warren Township didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Javon Brisker, Michael Lingenfelser, and Royce Lopez picked up one apiece.

Warren Township's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Stevenson, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Warren Township is taking a road trip to face off against Lake Zurich at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bears will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. As for Stevenson, they will be playing at home against Zion-Benton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots are facing the Zee-Bees at the right time seeing as the Zee-Bees are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
