Baseball Recap: McKay Comes Up Short

McKay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 13-1 to the Silverton Foxes. If the Royal Scots were looking for revenge after losing 11-1 to the Foxes when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

McKay saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tenson John, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

McKay's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Silverton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

While McKay had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
