Softball Recap: Fisher Catholic Irish vs. Miller Falcons

In what's become a running theme this season, Fisher Catholic gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-1 margin over the Miller Falcons. The victory was familiar territory for Fisher Catholic who now have ten in a row.

Lauren Kersell made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. Kersell has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than seven innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Kersell was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a stolen base and two RBI.
