Baseball Recap: St. Louis Catholic Comes Up Short

St. Louis Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 11-3 to the Erath Bobcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Saints have suffered since March 8th.

St. Louis Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Erath, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 16-9-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Louis Catholic will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lacassine at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Erath, they will challenge E.D. White at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
