Football Game Recap: Cameron vs. Bishop LeBlond

Bishop LeBlond had a rough outing against Chillicothe last Friday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Bishop LeBlond had just enough and edged out Cameron 37-35. The win was some much needed relief for Bishop LeBlond as it spelled the end of their eight-game losing streak.

It took a quarter to shake off the cobwebs, but after zero first-quarter points, the Bishop LeBlond offense picked up 16 points in the second quarter. Cameron wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 15 to make it 16-15 heading into the break. The offense for Bishop LeBlond continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 21 points to put the game away.

Finally capturing their first victory of the season, Bishop LeBlond advanced to 1-8. Cameron's loss makes it seven in a row and drags their record down to 2-7.
