While Armstrong (Kennedy) put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Goochland. The Armstrong (Kennedy) Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Goochland Bulldogs 55-0 on the road. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 54th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 234th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Armstrong (Kennedy) to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jahkei Chavis, who picked up 145 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 42 yards and two touchdowns. Chavis didn't just play on offense: he also made five total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
