Plainwell came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates. The Trojans were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Pirates, so the Trojans were just returning the favor.

Plainwell's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, their loss dropped their record down to 11-3-1.

Coincidentally, Plainwell and Pewamo-Westphalia will both be playing Niles the next time they take the court. The Trojans will host the Vikings at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Pirates will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
