Recap: McConnellsburg Spartans vs. Everett Warriors
The McConnellsburg Spartans had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.4 points), and they went ahead and made it 11 on Tuesday. They blew past Everett 65-40. McConnellsburg has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 23 points or more this season.
McConnellsburg's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brayden Ramsey led the charge by scoring 12 points along with seven blocks and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Shaffer Earley, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
McConnellsburg is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. As for Everett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-12.
