Basketball Recap: Union Grove Takes a Loss

Union Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 73-68 heartbreaker at the hands of the South Milwaukee Rockets. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Broncos still had to take the loss.

Union Grove's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for South Milwaukee, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-12.

Union Grove will challenge Wilmot at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Milwaukee has already played their next contest (against Brown Deer), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
