Softball Recap: St. Petersburg Falls Short of Seminole in the Playoffs

St. Petersburg and Seminole squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but St. Petersburg had to settle for second. They lost 9-3 to the Warhawks. The Green Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured 15 defeats in a row.

St. Petersburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Seminole, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season.

St. Petersburg didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-3 defeat against Seminole on the 29th. The Warhawks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
