Baseball Game Preview: ED White Commanders vs. Andrew Jackson Tigers

The ED White Commanders will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Andrew Jackson Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. ED White will be strutting in after a win while Andrew Jackson will be coming in after a defeat.

ED White is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Raines. The Commanders were the clear victors by a 25-2 margin over the Vikings last Tuesday.

Dylan De Leon was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with five stolen bases, four runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Kenai Wilkins, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.

Meanwhile, Andrew Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-0 to Wolfson.

ED White skirted past Andrew Jackson 9-8 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Will the Commanders repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
