Volleyball Recap: Cahokia Comes Up Short

Cahokia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centralia Orphans. The Comanches were not able to make up for their defeat to the Orphans from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Cahokia's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Centralia, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Cahokia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Marion on the 4th. As for Centralia, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Woodlawn on the 4th.
