Volleyball Game Preview: Manitou Springs Mustangs vs. Lamar Thunder + How To Watch

Manitou Springs hasn't had much luck against Lamar recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Thunder at 6:00 p.m. Manitou Springs is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Thursday, Manitou Springs was able to grind out a solid victory over Banning Lewis Academy, taking the game 3-1.

If you add up the scores from across all four sets (100-95) Manitou Springs actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 33-31, 12-25, 25-21, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Lamar made easy work of La Junta on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-20, 25-16.

Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Manitou Springs, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.
