Soccer Recap: Deer Valley Comes Up Short

Tori Wefel-Hayes wasn't going to let ALA - Queen Creek walk away unscathed as she scored both of Deer Valley's goals, bringing her season total up to 31 goals.

Deer Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for ALA - Queen Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Deer Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for ALA - Queen Creek, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 loss against Salpointe Catholic on the 18th.
