Volleyball Recap: Sandusky Comes Up Short

Sandusky lost against Western Reserve back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blue Streaks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roughriders.

Sandusky may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0.

Sandusky's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Western Reserve, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Sandusky has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Marion Harding on the 13th. As for Western Reserve, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Start on the 13th.
