DeSoto won the last time they faced South Grand Prairie and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Warriors 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Jaidyn Hartsfield paced DeSoto's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hartsfield got some help from Emerie Hickman and her 22 assists. Finally, Tymerian Carrathus kept DeSoto's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.
