Basketball Recap: Lutheran Warriors vs. Parkway Christian Eagles
Lutheran played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Parkway Christian Eagles 60-32. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-9.

Despite the loss, Lutheran saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Aiden Burk posted no points along with five assists, five boards, and three steals. Burk is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Max Brannon was another key player, putting up four points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parkway Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nathaniel Harrison, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Joseph Szacon also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.
Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Parkway Christian, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
