Volleyball Game Preview: Middleton Vikings vs. Mountain View Mavericks

The Middleton Vikings will be taking part in a tournament against the Mountain View Mavericks at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Middleton managed to slip by Boise the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Vikings came up short against the Brave on Friday, falling 3-0. The shutout was out of character for the Vikings seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Meanwhile, Mountain View lost 3-0 to Idaho Falls on Friday. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 14-11-2. As for Middleton, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.
