Basketball Recap: O'connell Falls to Balboa in First Game of Season + How To Watch

O'Connell had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 73-43 loss at the hands of the Balboa Buccaneers. The Boilermakers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-18.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. O'Connell will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wallenberg at 6:30 p.m. on December 5. As for Balboa, they will host Jefferson at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
