Volleyball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

Columbus was the 3-2 winner over Iowa Falls-Alden when they last played one another back in November of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Sailors fell just short of the Cadets by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Columbus' loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Iowa Falls-Alden, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.

Columbus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Dunkerton on the 20th. As for Iowa Falls-Alden, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Grundy Center on the 20th.
