Softball Recap: Hurricane Tigers vs. Dixie Flyers

Hurricane won against Dixie on Tuesday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Tigers walked away with an 11-8 win over the Flyers. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Flyers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

At the plate, Hurricane got a big performance out of Ashlyn Hirschi, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Those three hits gave Hirschi a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Clyde, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Hurricane's record is now 8-14. As for Dixie, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-15.
