Meanwhile, Chicago Hope Academy played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 56-23 loss at the hands of Marian Central Catholic. The matchup marked Chicago Hope Academy's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Chicago Christian pushed their record up to 10-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Chicago Hope Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-6 record this season.
